Paul Walden
Born and raised in New England, Pastor Paul’s journey with Jesus began early in life. Growing up in the church, he experienced firsthand the life-changing power of God—not just in his own heart, but in the lives of those around him. Paul developed a deep passion for ministry and a sincere love for the local church. Paul and Bridgette married in 2011 and since then, God has blessed them with five incredible children—Arabella, Bennett, Harper, Isaac, and Ezra—with baby number six on the way. They cling to the truth of Psalm 127: “Children are a heritage from the Lord” and believe that Christ must be the heartbeat of the home, and they are committed to raising a generation to know, love, and serve Jesus wholeheartedly!
Pastor Paul and Bridgette have been part of Mission City Church Bennington since before the campus launched in 2018. They have had the opportunity to lead and serve the church in various capacities with a love for worship and kids ministry. The goal for them has always remained the same - “To love Jesus, serve others and to be different.” Today, Paul serves as the Campus Pastor of the Bennington location of Mission City Church, leading alongside an incredible team to serve an incredible community. Our hope is to see God’s design for the local church fully realized — as a shining light and beacon of hope to a broken world.
We are passionate about equipping and encouraging God’s people to discover and walk in His purpose for their lives — using their time, talents, and treasures to advance His kingdom. When the church stands united, we prevail against the powers of hell and darkness, pointing our community to the hope, love, and life found in Jesus.The message is simple: God is Alive, He is on the move, and He desires to use you!
